Presenting a topic is an official digital TestDaF speaking task; candidates explain a study-related subject coherently.
A way to approach it
During preparation, note a topic, two main ideas and a conclusion. Signal each move so the listener can follow.
Final check
Do not read a full script. Replay your recording to check that the opening is clear and the conclusion explicit.
Practise with the official sample
Try the TestDaF-Institut sample before reading its explanation. Compare your answers with the key and, where available, the transcript. Record why each mistake occurred and rehearse with a timer because the digital test does not let you return to a previous task.
