The telc B2 oral exam is usually taken by two candidates. After 20 minutes of preparation, the exam lasts about 15 minutes and covers experience, discussion and joint planning.
The three parts

Use the preparation time
- Write keywords rather than a script.
- Prepare at least two reasons for your view.
- Plan ways to agree, disagree and ask follow-up questions.
- Summarise the joint decision at the end of planning.
Why interaction matters
The telc format focuses on direct exchange. A memorised monologue cannot replace responding to a partner and reaching a joint outcome.
