Goethe B1 Speaking Part 2: Presenting a Topic

In the official adult model, the second speaking task is a presentation of about three minutes on one of two topics; preparation lasts 15 minutes for the module.
A way to approach it
Introduce the topic, mention personal experience and the situation in your country, weigh advantages and disadvantages and close with your view. Note keywords, not full sentences.
Final check
Rehearse with a timer and check your recording for a clear opening, middle and ending.
Practise with the official sample
Take the relevant part of the Goethe-Institut adult model set to its official time. Use the key for Reading and Listening and the published criteria for Writing and Speaking. In your next attempt, measure whether the same error recurs.
