What Happens If You Fail TestDaF at Turkish-German University?

One insufficient TestDaF result does not mean immediate dismissal. What follows depends on preparatory duration, attendance and individual exam entitlement.
After an insufficient result

- Continue independently with Moodle TestDaF materials.
- Confirm your individual registration and attendance status with YDYO.
After the maximum duration
A student who cannot finish compulsory preparation within the maximum period may be dismissed. TGU states that those who fulfilled attendance receive one proficiency opportunity at the start of each academic year for three years: three in total.
Submitting another certificate
During the same three-year period, an accepted equivalent international certificate may also be submitted. Current dates and individual eligibility must be confirmed.
